Modern Slavery Statement

Statement for the financial year ending 2026 · last updated 26 October 2026

TRIP FINDY is a travel business that sells flights, hotels and related services online. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour or human trafficking in our own business or in the businesses that supply us.

Our business and supply chain

Our suppliers are airlines, hotels and the technology companies whose systems distribute their fares and rooms; our own staff work in offices and remotely. The risk within our direct operations is low. The wider travel supply chain — hotel housekeeping, catering, ground transport and construction in some destinations — carries a higher risk, and that is where we focus.

What we do

  • We contract only with suppliers that hold the licences their trade requires, and we expect them to comply with the labour laws of the countries they operate in.
  • Our staff are employed on written contracts, paid at or above the legal minimum, and free to leave their employment.
  • Any member of staff, supplier or customer can raise a concern with us in confidence at support@tripfindy.com; concerns are reviewed by management and, where a supplier is involved, taken up with that supplier.
  • We will end a relationship with a supplier that is found to use forced labour and refuses to put it right.

Looking ahead

Over the coming year we will ask our largest hotel and ground-service suppliers to confirm their own policies on forced labour, and we will train the staff who choose suppliers to recognise the signs of it.

This statement is published on behalf of TRIP FINDY and is reviewed every year.
